	Can you explain the whole registration process? Start by signing up for the broadband plan that you like and wait for approval. Once your application is approve, the payment instructions will be sent to you. After payment is made, we will mail the broadband modem to you.
	Can we use the broadband modem right away? In the mail, there is a form for you to sign the form. After you mail us back the form with your signature, then the broadband will be activated.
	How long will the approval process take? The approval process will be completed within 24 hours (Monday-Friday).
	How can we pay for our order? You can pay via Debit or Credit Card.


	Speed is on a best effort basis; up to 7.2 Mbps. Speed depends on factors such as modem capability, location, distance from communications towers and the number of simultaneous users.
	All Broadband Plans with data volume of 3GB and above come with uncapped speed up to the volume of your Broadband Plan.
	To ensure all our users enjoy a quality browsing experience, Maxis will not assure constant connectivity if you use 'peer-to-peer' or file sharing programs.
	Our plans are designed so you only pay for what you need. Manage and keep track of your usage at the MyAccount Portal at http://mylaunchpad.com.my
	If you consistently use more than your subscribed plan, we encourage you to upgrade to a plan that suits your Internet usage. Just contact us at 1800 82 2000.
