	How does online registration work? You are able to register and receive your product delivered to your doorstep. You get to cut queue finally! Just download and fill up the form then fax us the form at +603-79828503. We will process your registration within 1 working day. Once verified, all you have to do is wait for your product to reach your doorstep. Detailed information and guide will be provided while you register
	How long do I need to wait before my service is activated? Your broadband services will be ready to use once you receive your product.
	Why should I register the broadband, online? You don't have to be physically present at shops anymore! Do everything in the comfort of your home or office.
	How can we pay for our order? You can pay via Debit or Credit Card.


	Service is available in coverage areas only. Please check for availability in your area before subscribing.
	Activation fee RM150 applies for each Wireless internet package subscription (RM100 is applicable for promotion period from 1 Oct 2011 to 30 Nov 2011).
	When you reach your subscribed package volume quota, your Internet connection will be reduced until the end of your billing cycle. Should you wish to continue enjoying regular speeds, you may purchase additional data volume via Myaccount portal at http://mylaunchpad.com.my.
