  1. How does online registration work?
    Our system enables you to register and receive your product delivered to your doorstep. You get to cut queue finally!
    Upon registering, we will process your registration within 1 working day. Once verified, all you have to do is wait for your product to reach your doorstep. Mail back the form given to you and your broadband will be ready to use in no time! Detailed information and guide will be provided while you register.
  2. Can I go to your shop to collect it physically?
    No. For our online registration, everything will be conducted online as this is managed by a separate department.

  3. What are the payment methods available?
    You could pay by Credit Card or Online Bank Facilities, whichever is convenient for you.

  4. How long do I need to wait before my service is activated?
    Your broadband services will be ready to use once we receive your postal reply within 1 working day.
